What ParkEase is
ParkEase is a marketplace that connects drivers with parking space owners. The parking service itself is provided by the owner, not by ParkEase. A booking is a reservation agreement between you and the owner; payment is settled directly between you at the location.
For drivers
Book only for vehicles you're authorized to park, arrive within your window (bookings not checked in within 30 minutes of the start time are auto-cancelled), pay the owner the quoted amount, and follow the site's rules. Cancellation is free any time before your start time.
For owners
List only spaces you control and are authorized to rent (commercial property or private lots — residential society common areas cannot be commercially sublet under Indian law). Honour confirmed bookings, keep availability rules accurate, and collect payment only as quoted. Platform listing fees, where enabled, are billed to owners directly; unpaid listings may be hidden by the administrator. The vehicle remains in the driver's custody — owners provide space, not valet or bailment services.
Liability
ParkEase provides the technology platform "as is" and is not a party to the parking transaction. To the extent permitted by law, ParkEase is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or property at listed locations. Ratings, the verified badge and CCTV/guard amenity flags are informational, not guarantees.
Accounts
Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts or listings that break these terms or applicable law. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
