Every partner and every property is verified before commission is paid. You are rewarded only for real, paying properties — genuine spaces whose owners actually pay their first listing fee. Duplicate, fake or non-paying listings do not earn commission, which keeps payouts fair for everyone.
How much do I earn per property?
You earn a one-time commission that is a fixed percentage of the owner's first listing fee. The exact percentage and worked examples are shown in the offer banner at the top of this page, and are set by ParkEase.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go directly to the UPI ID on your partner profile once an onboarded property is verified and the owner has paid their first listing fee.
Is the commission recurring?
No — it is a one-time commission per property, calculated from that owner's first listing fee. It is not a share of ongoing bookings.
What happens after I sign up?
Your partner account starts as pending. Our team verifies your details, and once approved your unique partner code is activated so you can start onboarding owners.
Do I need any investment or fees to join?
No. Joining the partner program is free — there are no sign-up fees, deposits or purchase targets.
Can the commission percentage change?
Yes, the commission percentage is configurable by ParkEase and the current rate is always shown in the offer banner on this page.
